Jesse Springer Spaniel

This is a portrait of my sister Suzanne's dog, Jesse, that I've done for her surprise birthday present. She always maintains that he has a strong resemblance to Antonio Banderas. I know that she is totally in love with Jesse and certainly has at least a crush on Antonio Banderas, so I hope I've captured whatever it is she sees in this painting!

I love my sister, Julie. She is so amazing in so many ways. I totally admire her as a painter, a strong woman in thought and in her life and I love this painting. She captured Jesse's beauty and his confidence in how much he knows he is loved.
Thank yo so , Julie. I adore it!
Happy birthday to me. YAY!

What a beautiful painting Julie, he looks like he's about to give someone a big wet nose kiss. :)

I love your works, do you made the original DOOM 2 Box?

It's absolutely beautiful! I love the cropping of the image and the subtle way you handled it, Julie. I was tickled to see this pop up, as I just attended a pet portraits workshop last week. It was so much fun.

How cool, I sorta see what shes talking about, something in jesse's eyes, and maybe his curly brown ear-fur resembles antonio Banderas.
