Our Latest Book

Here it is!  We've compiled approximately 115 drawings of all our favorite fantasy subjects--a number of them are private commissions and have never been seen by the general public.   Separated into 5 chapters (women, men, beasts, product design, and composition), the text by Anthony Palumbo discusses our thoughts on each category.  Also, captions accompany each drawing with commentaries about the piece.
It's available now at major bookstores everywhere or you can order it from Amazon.com!

I can't wait to take a look at that.
Someone stole my Mirage and Fantasy Art Techniques books and I want them back. It was probably one of my many beady eyed friends.
:( I cant wait to nab them in the act. Everyone is a suspect. Including me. I may have actually just misplaced them.
That would be a nice surprise:)

Been a big fan of you guys and Chris Achilleos for ages. I bought a Storm print which was painted by Julie. It was so majestic.

I haven't looked at your stuff for years. Good to stumble on your blog.

It's good to see traditional artwork. Digital painting is good and all, but you can't beat the ol' paint brush. Proper old skool!

Another one for the bookshelf. I'll go make a space right now in my Boris and Julie section...

Best wishes,

This new book reminds me why I picked up the pencil and paper again after about a 15 year 'break' and started to draw again. I'm a writer by profession, but art has been a love of mine all my life. And here's more inspiration and motivation to get me to keep drawing--like you two did in the first place. I'll keep my eye out for the book. Thanks you two!!!

It is an excellent book, I picked up a copy a couple of weeks ago. The sketches are fantastic. I really enjoyed the variety and mix of art work from both of you. I was really happy to see Boris' "Lioness" (I have a signed copy. Thank you Boris!). You guys are great!

I bought this a few weeks ago and have gotten a tremendous amount of inspiration and ideas from it.

Now if only you guys would write a book (or make a DVD) with some step-by-step details of how you draw ... the pencil roughs in "Fantasy Art Techniques" are such a tantalising taste of it :)
